milk bath series, 2009 

    Inspired by a Russian watch ad, I was curious about exploring the ideas around purification, rejuvenation and beauty attributed to bathing in milk juxtaposed with the isolating murkyness of the water and the attendant sexualized quality of a wet naked body. I was out of regular milk, so I used an expired can of condensed milk which was even more sticky and viscous.
